On Saturday, the Wallingford Rotary celebrated community with its annual roast pork dinner. Diners were treated to delicious roast pork, homemade garlic mashed potatoes, locally sourced salad, applesauce, homemade sourdough bread with homemade pie for dessert. They were also able to see the Mill River Interact Club in action. Members of the Interact Club volunteered their evening to help prep the potatoes, serve beverages to our guests, clear and reset tables, wash and dry dishes, keep the dessert table fully stocked and lend a general air of enthusiasm and good cheer to the event.
